 Jim Simmons relocated from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, IL to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2001. Before real estate he owned and operated a Graphic Arts, Printing and Mailing brokerage business. He has been in real estate for 5 years and is currently Corporate Broker, REALTOR® and Property Manager with ADVANCED MANAGEMENT GROUP NEVADA, LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. On a more personal note, Jim is a father of a brand new baby boy born November 5th 2005. His hobbies include tennis, martial arts, creative arts, information technology, biking, Lenny the Dog (Shiba Inu), wine tasting, sushi, nature & outdoors, landscape gardening and he's also a corvette enthusiast. Jim enjoys learning new things and seeking out new adventures but has no problem simply enjoying the every day little things...such as being a new father - that seems to be his most recent (and biggest) adventure.
